Place chicken in a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Spoon over juices. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 20 mins per 500g + 25 mins
